Violin Lessons
PRIVATE LESSON Overview
Violin lessons at Anthem Academy provide students with a strong musical foundation in a creative and encouraging setting. Whether a student is just beginning or building on previous experience, lessons are thoughtfully tailored to their goals and learning style. Most students work through a carefully selected lesson book that introduces skills in a logical, step-by-step way. Alongside this core curriculum, teachers are happy to incorporate song requests so students can connect their developing technique to music they already love.
Lessons focus on essential skills such as proper posture and instrument hold, bow control, finger placement, intonation, and rhythm. As students progress, they also build confidence in music reading and ear training, helping them become well-rounded musicians. Our teachers aim to foster both technical growth and personal enjoyment, encouraging each student to find their voice on the instrument and take pride in their progress.
Violin lessons are available in English or Spanish.

Violin Teachers
Ana Caridad Frómeta Borrayo – Violin Teacher
Ana is an accomplished Cuban violinist and educator with a passion for both performance and teaching. A Gold Diploma graduate from Cuba’s Higher Institute of Art, she has toured internationally with the Havana Quartet and now performs and teaches in Minnesota, inspiring students through her experience, artistry, and joyful approach.
Ana teaches in English & Spanish.
